Best Western Columbus Airport

Finding a Columbus hotel can be a gamble, especially on a budget or for a longer stay when college football sends prices up. I’ve been back in town three times in the last month, and this place worked out well each time. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable, whether I stayed one night or about five days. I think the room was cleaned and the trash taken out on the third day of the longer stay. The elevator worked, and everyone from the night manager to the daytime staff was attentive, helpful and clearly trying their best. If you need a decent place to sleep and rest in this part of Columbus, Best Western is worth a look.

Lucky made check-in quick and pleasant, and I really appreciated how helpful she was. Everyone was warm and accommodating from the moment I arrived, and the stay went smoothly. It’s rare to get such genuine hospitality. I’d recommend this Best Western if you want a comfortable, friendly place to stay.

After a disappointing hotel down the street, Lucky helped us get into our rooms as soon as she could. She was so kind and helpful. Zabi, the night staff member, also went out of his way to help with last-minute things we needed before bed. Dimple was a pleasure to deal with all week, and the manager was kind when I added another night, despite working day and night. It’s a super clean hotel with friendly staff, a nice parking lot and great accommodations. There are plenty of gas stations and fast food places nearby too. I’m grateful for the real hospitality.

We brought a large group here for a conference, and the staff patiently helped accommodate all of us and the people arriving after us. Breakfast was average, but they kept it stocked while our group came through. I had a great experience.
