The only things that worked well were the heat and air, and the beds were fine. The pillows were awful, and the comforter had a cigarette burn. I was glad I’d brought my own things. There was no way I was using the shower. The TV kept showing a low signal, had a gash in it, and was hanging off the wall. There was no soap or tissues, just half a roll of toilet paper. They’d written the room code on paper, but it didn’t work, so staff had to let us in with a key. There are six ways out, but the doors lock behind you; to get back in, you have to go around to the front and risk slipping on the ice. You can hear everything from other rooms, where I think people live. There was trash outside our door, and the curtains were coming off the window. They also wanted a $100 security deposit, for reasons I can’t figure out. This place is a dump. Cancel your booking and go somewhere else fast.

Trash and bloody tissues were all over the room, cigarette butts were scattered around, and there was still urine in the toilet. The TV had been pulled off the wall and the light fixtures were broken. It didn’t look as if anyone had cleaned or checked the room. Management seems not to care about basic cleanliness or guest safety. Don’t stay here.

We arrived early and paid $25 cash for early check-in. A couple of hours later, we found bed bugs and asked the front desk for a full refund so we could move to another hotel. They refused and offered to switch our room. We checked the new room and didn’t see any at first, but a couple of hours later I was bitten. When I looked again, there were bed bugs there too. I took pictures and video. Osman at the front desk was rude and wouldn’t refund us. We left and had to find somewhere else. I’m definitely calling the health department to report this. The place was disgusting, the service was horrible, and I’d rather sleep in my car than stay there. Avoid it.

The room had cockroaches and ants, and the floor was kind of dirty. Customer service was terrible too. They charged me for the room twice, plus an extra fee because I checked in after midnight. Stay away, there are better options for your comfort.
