I stayed for three weeks and paid a lot for a room with a moldy shower ceiling and an AC unit that leaked under the carpet. The sheets had blood stains from killed bugs, bed bugs. Maintenance and customer service were poor, and the other tenants were unruly and unwelcoming. It seemed okay at first because it was cheap and conveniently located, but I can’t give it a good review. If zero stars were an option, I’d choose it. Good luck to future tenants.

I wasn’t a guest, just attended a social event or Meetup at the location for photography, so I can’t give it five stars. The front desk gentleman was courteous, friendly, and informative about the hotel and the area. The rooms, bathrooms, and property grounds were clean. I’m not sure I’d have a reason to stay overnight, but if I needed to visit, I’d consider this place.

I found the cheapest weekly rate in the city. The room was alright, coffee was free, and the staff were okay. I didn’t see any bugs, unlike some other reviewers. The water could’ve been hotter.

The place was nasty and stinky, with poop in the elevator. I washed my own sheets, the toilet smelled like sewer water, and we had to clean the tub and everything else on our first day. The stairs are falling apart. What upset me most was that they took my deposit and kept it.

The night desk gentleman was an absolute sweetheart. It was $60 a night after tax, and the room had a strange chemical smell. The conditioner had already been used, and there was lots of traffic. Easy to get on and off the road.
