Avoid booking here, and avoid Super.com too. I booked through that third-party site, then had a medical emergency and had to deal with them. The hotel told the site that I checked in at 1335, but I was in the ER and had not checked in. I spoke to the service desk and asked to talk to the manager. They said he’s only there three hours a day, maybe less, or sometimes doesn’t show up. It was a waste of money, and they weren’t willing to work with me even though the situation was out of my control.

The night manager was no help at all. When I checked in, the TV was broken and looked like it had a bullet hole in it. There was only one pillow for two beds, no towels in the room, and the AC was broken.

After driving more than 20 hours to get there, I was already tired. The man on shift was rude and had a hard time understanding me. I’d called ahead about an early check-in so I could shower and change, and was told it was okay. But when I arrived, he said, “No, check-in is not until 3. You won’t have a room until then.” There were three cars in the lot and plenty of doors open. He gave me one room when I had booked two, and then I had to cancel because my name wasn’t on the card for the reservation. The location was great, tucked away so it was easy to get in and out, and close to Olive Garden, Walmart, Five Below, and other good spots. But the room looked like it hadn’t been cleaned: one towel, footprints on the ceiling, boogers by the mirror, and what looked like someone’s pipe broken beside the Kleenex dispenser. There was tape all over the wall and a napkin in the peephole. I wouldn’t stay there again. The man also got mad when I asked for a discount. $950 for five days and two rooms was the best they could do. I’d booked online at that price, but because my husband’s card was used and my name wasn’t on it, I had to cancel the reservation in my name. He said he couldn’t reduce the price because he’d already “marked it down.” How does that work?

I found pin marks all over the sheets when I pulled them back, so I’m not convinced they were cleaned. The room also had no towels and only half a roll of toilet paper. The man at the front desk argued that guests keep stealing the towels, but that has nothing to do with me. I shouldn’t have had to wait until about 1 o’clock for towels after checking in the day before, especially when I was booked for seven days. Other guests said they had no towels either. How are they selling rooms without them? I paid full price, and I won’t be back.
