Stay Alfred at 250 High

Kelsey and Kelsie are what sealed the deal for us. We were already drawn to the stunning interiors and amazing downtown location, but a leasing team this attentive and professional really helps a rental feel like home. Our lease has only just started, and they've already set the bar insanely high. Can't recommend 250 High enough!

Kelsey is such a kind, patient, helpful rockstar. I worked for a company that managed HOAs for a while, and even my coworkers weren't as incredible as she is. The whole process felt seamless. She explained the floor plans so well and made it easy to set up tours by FaceTime. She even contacted a current resident who was switching units in the building to ask about the window layout. That's a lot of effort just to help match a floor plan to something on my wish list. I visited a unit in the summer so I could get a feel for the building and avoid a 1.5-hour drive in the middle of winter when I actually needed to move. Kelsey's personality was consistently bright and kind. I hope Coastal Ridge knows what an absolute star she is.

We've worked with these wonderful people for well over a year, and the staff have been consistently friendly and responsive. They keep the property very clean too. A great downtown apartment option. Hee-Haul!

Kelsie made touring such a great experience. She was welcoming, attentive, and knew her stuff. The whole process felt smooth and exciting instead of overwhelming, and her energy really made the property shine. 10/10!
