After a little over two years living here, I really didn't want to leave. I loved it, always felt safe, and found the community beautiful. Maintenance was amazingly quick and kind, and Julie and Gretchen on staff were always so helpful.
The community felt like home, and we had a great two years living here. The place is well maintained, and Gretchen, Julie, and the maintenance team were friendly, helpful, and quick to respond. We really enjoyed our time and would happily recommend it.
The big dog park was a real plus, and the townhouse was generally fine, though a bit expensive for what it had. We didn't have neighbor issues. We stayed less than a year, then broke the lease early because of repeated car break-ins that didn't seem to be addressed. Our truck was stolen, and several other trucks were hit that same week. Cameras would be a great addition.
I've only been at The Charleston for about two weeks and already love it. I was going to trivia at The Barn even before I moved in, and now I can just walk over there.
It's been a peaceful, easy place to live so far. I haven't been here long, but I'm loving it at the moment.
