We had a blast here. The staff were so helpful when we were new to the area, pointing us toward the good food around town and fun places to hang out. They even laughed at our puny jokes. The vibe was great, and the beds were the best. Highly recommend.

The Junto had a beautiful view, and the welcome drink token was a lovely little touch. Valet was worth it because the team was quick and organized, and it was easy to get picked up by Uber thanks to the great location. The bathroom could've used a trash can, and there was some hair left in the shower, which wasn't ideal. Still, we had a really nice stay, and the staff were incredibly helpful.

We brought our two young kids to The Junto for a staycation and paired it with a visit to COSI. It made a great base for a family getaway, and the staff were warm and thoughtful with the kids from the minute we arrived. Cookies and milk waiting for them was such a sweet surprise and got them excited right away. The activity room, with board games, gave them a place to unwind and play while we relaxed as parents. We also loved the restaurant. The food was outstanding, and the atmosphere felt upscale but still comfortable with little kids. This was much more than a hotel stay for us, and we can't wait to return. The Junto really knows how to make families feel welcome, and we'd recommend it without hesitation.

We spent the day visiting COSI and exploring the city, then checked in that evening. Parking in the COSI garage worked out well, it's a flat $15 for 24 hours. Finding the hotel entrance was a little confusing, but the atmosphere was nice and the front desk staff were very kind. They upgraded us from a king executive room to a suite of sorts, and the rooms were really nice. The free welcome drink was a nice bonus, and getting food delivered to the room was convenient. I'd suggest the burgers from the tavern. There’s sparkling and still water on tap in the main area, too. This'll be my spot whenever I'm in the area.

We spent NYE at the lobby bar downstairs, and the manager there was fantastic, making sure we had everything we needed. The night before, we had a birthday party at the Brass Eye and loved the views. The place is awesome, and we also enjoyed stopping by the coffee shop in the morning. Would definitely recommend it.
