Best Western Commerce Inn

Breakfast was fresh and hot, with eggs, bacon, waffles, cereal, oatmeal, biscuits and gravy, muffins, and plenty more. The employee in the breakfast area, a middle-aged Hispanic woman, greeted me warmly and offered trays and help carrying my food. The room was incredibly clean, and the bed was so comfortable that I got amazing sleep. We were driving to Texas and stopped around 1:30 a.m. because we couldn’t keep going. With several hotels to choose from, we were deciding between Best Western and Red Roof Inn, which were both under $100 and about the same price. I’m really glad we picked Best Western. The woman at the front desk greeted us with a smile even though it was so late, and kindly offered to help us to our room. The whole stay was wonderful. I’d happily stay here again if I’m in the area.

The water pressure on the third floor could’ve been better. There was plenty of hot water, though. My room was spacious, quiet, clean, and close to the elevator, which helped with my disability. The staff went out of their way to accommodate me, and the hot breakfast was outstanding. The place felt fresh and very clean, which matters a lot to me because of my allergies and disabilities. Great service.

I stayed here with my cat while traveling for a move. It’s a good budget option that welcomes pets, and the staff were friendly. Breakfast was excellent, too. The rooms could use some updating, and noise from other rooms carried through. If you’re bringing a pet, call when booking since only the first floor allows them.

Quiet and clean room, and it was alright overall. I stayed for three days. On the fourth day I asked for service, stripped the beds, and was out all day, but came back to find the room still dirty even though I’d put the “please make my room” sign on the door. I prefer Comfort Suites. I don’t like Spark staff coming in while you’re asleep, though Comfort Suites sometimes does that too, and I still like it better there.
