Holiday Inn Club Vacations Ozark Mountain Resort

We spent our second anniversary here in a two-room Presidential suite, and the service felt so personal and comforting. There were plenty of activities right around where we stayed, and we liked being able to borrow games and take them back to our room. The location worked well too, close to Branson and just a short drive into Kimberling. As Holiday Club members, we had a phenomenal stay. I’d definitely recommend it.

We’re near the end of a week here with family and friends, and the club placed our two Presidential suites right next to each other, which was great. The rooms are spacious and nice. One had an AC problem, but after we called, it was fixed within a few hours. The pool is great, and there’s mini golf too. It’s been an awesome place to spend time together.

We went to Silver Dollar City from here, and the location was great for that. The resort was quiet, check-in was quick and easy, and we enjoyed the tennis court and several rounds of mini golf. We were there in the last week of August and pretty much had the pool to ourselves.

The front desk was nice when I called about whether they knew the condition of the units, but making a note didn’t help us. We booked based on the reviews and photos for an anniversary trip, and the two-bedroom we got felt like an old, rustic 1970s place. Some furniture badly needed repair, with chunks and scratches, and drawers that were hard to open. We kept our things in suitcases. There was no jetted tub or washer and dryer. The unit did have a wood-burning fireplace, but the instructions said to use only composite logs. Finding those was a whole other story. We weren’t there during peak season.
