Courtyard Conway

We were in room 302, and after a full day of travel we couldn't get a hot shower on the first night. The front desk sent maintenance the next morning, and they found a problem with the recirculation system. There was hot water as we headed out, but when we came back later, it was gone again. For a Marriott, that just isn't acceptable. The staff seemed to be doing what they could with the engineering mess involving the inline on-demand water heaters. There also seemed to be a corporate decision not to provide even complimentary morning coffee or breakfast, or at least coffee in the lobby. We'll be back in Conway to see family, but won't stay here unless the hot water issue is fixed. They have our contact details and we asked them to get in touch once it's resolved.

That lighting in the rooms is something else, and the big TV can be adjusted to face wherever you want. The bed is set against a wall facing the window, which feels different from the usual hotel setup, with a lovely pullout sofa on another wall. The rooms have a calm, almost Zen feel, and every one I've seen has been gorgeous and well balanced. The first time I stayed, I was so surprised I wondered what the bill would be, since I hadn't asked for an upgrade. The walk-in shower is enormous, about the size of a small closet, with high-end shower heads. The bathroom colors and lights make it feel like a spa. I've stayed in five-star hotels that don't come close. And the mattress, pillows, sheets, and blankets are all outstanding. I fall asleep right away and sleep like a baby. The bar, food, and service were all 100 percent for me. Stay here if you feel like treating yourself. The rooms at Courtyard by Marriott Conway never let me down.

We had to spend five nights here for my husband's work event, and it had what I needed. Clean, modern, and a great gym. The staff were helpful whenever we needed them and really went above and beyond. Thanks for the stay!

The Courtyard by Marriott Conway has become a place I've returned to several times since my first visit in late July and early August 2024. The lobby is lovely, and there's a great outdoor seating spot where you can sit by the fire and talk in the evening. Every room I've had has felt clean, comfortable, and welcoming. The team is consistently kind and professional, and they've been very accommodating when I messed up earlier reservations. I couldn't ask for a better stay.
