Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Conway

Phoebe made a great first impression when I arrived. She was attentive and friendly, but still very professional, and explained the property features clearly while taking care of my Titanium perks. She treated me with the same courtesy even though I was dressed very casually. The fourth-floor room was clean and tidy, too. If Phoebe isn’t a manager, she could be; she seems naturally suited to hospitality at a Ritz Marriott. Whoever trained her deserves credit as well. 10/10, A+ service and room. Thanks, Phoebe :)

We travel all over the country for collegiate competitions, and Marriott is usually the most dependable for us. This was our second year staying here, and it went beyond what we expected. Jennie handled our group booking through Group Sales, found us great rates, and answered all our questions so well. Since we’d sent the room list and card authorizations ahead of time, our rooms were ready when we arrived late. There was even a complimentary snack basket for the college students, with our school name and logo on it. They got into it pretty quickly! We come to Conway every year and plan to return. The rooms and customer service are just what we need, and then some.

Wendy at breakfast was a joy to talk with and paid close attention to what guests needed. We travel a lot, and her service is well above the usual standard. The rest of the staff were accommodating and made us feel welcome, too. Our studio had two queen beds and a separate living room, which was handy since we weren’t all ready for bed at once. The hotel was clean, nice, and surprisingly quiet for a Saturday. We’d recommend it and come back when we’re passing through again.

Check-in and checkout were quick, and the location was good. The room was on the small side, but clean, with a comfortable bed, a welcome change from the rock-hard ones we’d had earlier on the trip. The AC was mounted on the wall instead of being one of those noisy units under the window.
