The little care package Fred gave us when we had to leave before breakfast on checkout day says a lot about how thoughtfully they look after guests. My wife and I spent three nights here and had such a good time. Fred made us feel welcome right away, the spacious room had a very comfortable bed, and breakfast was perfect, with lots of delicious homemade food. We could walk to everything in town. We can't say enough about how much we'd recommend staying here.

We were so well looked after during our five nights here in September 2024. The beds were comfortable, there were plenty of lovely big fluffy towels, and we didn't find ourselves wanting for anything. Breakfast was a real highlight, with fresh eggs, homemade sausage and jams, waffles, and French toast, all served hot and delicious. Fred and Kris were easy to reach whenever we had a question, and gave us ideas for places to visit beyond the Baseball Hall of Fame and Museum. If I get back to Cooperstown, I know where I'll stay. They made the trip feel extra special.

You can walk from this very clean B&B into downtown. The house has a lot of character thanks to the unique art, much of it made by the host, and the sheets were super soft. Breakfast was fresh and delicious each morning, with eggs from their own chickens.

Breakfast and the location were both great, and we made a couple of new friends in the common area. My wife, two friends and I had a fantastic stay here. Fred and Kris were wonderful hosts, our room was clean, and the beds were comfortable. It's a really charming B&B, about a 15-minute walk to the Baseball Hall of Fame. We'd recommend it to friends and family and would happily come back.

Rooms 6 and 7 gave our group of three the whole third floor, with a library and living room shared between the rooms. It was a pretty neat setup. Fred, the owner and host, was gracious and kind, and the place is comfortable, lovely, and full of interesting books, art, and games. We enjoyed the fresh farm eggs at breakfast, and the homemade chocolate chip cookies after a day exploring were an extra treat. Getting into town was an easy short walk. We'll be back.
