The month we spent at BPL was affordable, with the 30-day winter rate at $1,100 including utilities, about $36 a day. It's a beautiful facility, and I appreciated the background checks for long-term guests. We felt safe there. Having wood delivered and propane tanks filled when requested was a real bonus for campers who like a little pampering. We'll be back, it's a lovely park. The bay views, shore birds, sunsets, and fog after dark make Bay Point Landing a favorite stop for us on the near south coast. The staff are kind and professional, and we like the chance to stay in one of their funky MidCentury style Airstream trailers. I was especially grateful to see the dogs-on-leash rule enforced. A rambunctious husky was roaming around without a leash, and I didn't feel safe taking my dog out. The rule is clear for the campground, and people who ignore it spoil things for everyone. Thanks, BPL, for helping keep the RV park safe and enjoyable.

We spent New Year's here, and got engaged during the trip! It was such a cozy, clean, quiet getaway that we were sad to leave. Our frenchie loved it too. The nightly rate felt very reasonable for the privacy and being right on the beach. We'll definitely come back.

The staff were helpful, and it's a nice park. The showers were clean, though soap and shampoo would have been useful. We had beautiful weather and sunsets, and if you enjoy birds you'll love the place. If you don't, what's wrong with you?

Stayed a week in my sprinter van. It's an upscale campground, with clean bathrooms and a great gym and pool. The lounge was pretty good too. Highly recommend it.

We arrived in our own fifth wheel and stayed three nights in February 2026, our first time at Bay Point Landing. It's become one of our favorite stops on the Oregon coast. We didn't stay in a cabin or an Airstream. The staff were friendly and helpful, working from a cute office that doubles as a store with useful camper supplies. Our 40-foot fifth wheel had no trouble navigating the roads or getting into a site. The campground sits far enough back from the road that traffic noise was minimal, so it was quiet for sleeping. One part of the property has rental tiny homes and Airstream trailers, while the other has open RV sites. Every site I saw had full hookups, a fire pit, and a picnic table. It rained the whole visit, so we couldn't enjoy those features, but they'd be nice in better weather. There are several buildings with restrooms, showers, and laundry, plus a communal fire pit and a heated indoor saltwater lap pool. The cozy lounge has games and books, and there's a small fitness room. The kids' room has an old video game console, no quarters needed, with Ms. Pacman and Galaga that modern kids probably wouldn't appreciate. The value is terrific, and we'd stay again.
