Alex, the blonde-haired night worker at the front desk, made me feel at home. He knows the area’s food options and is the person to ask if you have questions. He seems to love his job. The front desk staff were friendly, and the rooms were surprisingly quiet. I stayed five days and only needed to ask the desk for toilet tissue. The room had everything I needed, plenty of towels, dishes, and no bugs. It was very nice, though I didn’t take pictures. I’d suggest leaving an extra trash bag. The only reason I didn’t give five stars was the slightly skimpy breakfast. It was fine for an average continental breakfast, with waffles, juice, coffee, and other things.

Alex at the front desk went above and beyond when my husband explained a booking mistake we’d made. He sorted it out and gave us incredible hospitality. If we need a hotel in the Coppell area again, he’s one of the main reasons we’d choose this one. We’re staying for three nights, and the room and hallways are immaculate. The decor is beautiful, and the location is perfect, only five miles from DFW airport with lots of food options just minutes away.

The gym barely fits two people, so fix that and it’ll be five stars. The hotel is in the middle of basically nothing, right by the highway, and we drove 15 minutes to get food. Still, everything else was cozy and felt like home. The modern hotel and room were really nice, with a full-sized fridge, a kitchen with utensils, and a little couch separated from the super-comfy bed by a little curtain. There were no bed bugs from what I experienced. It was fine, I’ll be back. Best of luck, take care, and don’t let the bed bugs bite. Peace!

I stayed in a room my boss purchased for me on 2-14-26. There was semen in the shower and poo stains on the trash cans. The trashcan had no bag, and the bed was wrinkled. I’m non-confrontational and don’t want to have to ask anyone to take care of basic essentials. It should have been clean to begin with. Paying 170 wasn’t worth what I got. Please fix this, it’s not okay. I have pictures, though it won’t let me post them.

Alex at the front desk greeted me by name when I arrived for a VERY late check-in and made me feel so welcome. I can’t say enough good things about him. The room was modern, the bed was comfortable, and since the location is so close to work, I’ll definitely stay here again.
