The stay at Passage Point 215 was fine. Dealing with Vacasa, the property manager, was the worst service we ran into on the whole trip, worse than the hotels, car rental, ski rentals, and lessons. We had to cut our stay short for medical reasons. We had only booked the evening before, but Vacasa alone among the resort providers refused to refund the unused nights. The ski rental shop, ski school, and even the car rental company all understood and canceled the remaining services without a problem. After a long, frustrating exchange with customer service, Vacasa offered only a small partial refund, nowhere near the reservation's full cost. We were really disappointed and wouldn't book with them again.

The mountain views from the deck were lovely, and the unit had everything we needed. We stayed here on vacation and really liked the facilities. I'd happily come back.
We wouldn't stay here again. The desk employees were very rude when we arrived, and we'd have chosen somewhere else if the pet rules had been clear from the start. Copper's website made it seem as though the whole Passage Pointe building welcomed pets. We booked because this room appeared in the pet-friendly search results, but then were told our particular unit wasn't pet-friendly and had to pay more to upgrade. The room and facilities were fine, but the policy was misleading.
We used a two-bedroom, two-bath unit on the third floor in August 2018. The weather was lovely, and the place was very clean. Parking and getting in were easy, and the balcony looked over the town square. Both bedrooms had king beds, and each had a humidifier that worked well. The guest bedroom bed was especially nice. The guest bathroom had almost no counter space and no fan. The kitchen had a microwave and coffee maker, a good-sized fridge, and a double sink that made washing dishes easier. We didn't use the stove. The TV had cable. The sleeper sofa was considered very good by the person who slept on it. It was a very nice stay.
A basic condo in a great Center Village spot, with a nice balcony. The fitness center, gear storage, and three big outdoor hot tubs worked well for our group. We also had one underground parking space, with an elevator from inside the building, which made packing up on a snowy day really easy.
