The unit itself was meh, but what really ruined the stay was the lodging department. I’ve skied at Copper Mountain for 30+ years and love the skiing. We reserved a one bedroom condo configuration through Copper Mountain Resorts, but they accidentally unlocked 245 from inside instead of 241, leaving us with two hotel style bedrooms. After they realized the error, they locked 245, but apparently nobody had a key to open 241. They said we’d have to reach the bedroom through the building hallway, so much for a one bedroom condo. The supervisor was rude and snippy, and either couldn’t authorize a fix or didn’t want to help, even though reopening 245 was a reasonable option since nobody had reserved it that night. No apology, remorse, or compensation.
