What an absolutely trashy hotel. The owners clearly just face lifted a old motel and slapped a new name on it. The passive model of self check in is nice, but it means the overall quality swings wildly. When we arrived our room was absolutely freezing, while 2 other guests we knew had a room that was set to an absurdly warm temp and another had his AC off. The AC units are loud and leak. The bathrooms are clean, but unsatisfactory. Another guest couldn't even get enough hot water to bath. The location is terrible, given that it is 20 - 30 minutes from anything relevant. I would (& did) recommend this hotel if not for the fact that they charged our card on Christmas Day. We were not staying there at this time. We last stayed there in April. The reason given was that Expedia didn’t charge us enough so they charged us. 8 months later they charged us. A shame. It worked for us but we’ve found another place to stay that’s better & doesn’t engage in credit card fraud.

Our first two nights we only had hot water for a total of 2 minutes and then it would turn ice cold. We had to switch rooms and we got a little more warm water but it still went cold fast. There’s no one at the front desk to help or answer questions. There’s no cleaning while you’re there and they don’t leave enough supplies in the rooms for your stay. Internet went out two nights in a row. The floors in our first room were not swept between guests as there was hair all over the floor. Would not stay here again
