I booked a room for my son while he was interviewing at U of Miami. Then they asked him to send a photo, and asked me for my driver’s license or a photo of myself holding my credit card with everything but the last 4# covered. I’d never had to do that for a hotel, so I said no. Getting them to cancel took three phone calls, and I still haven’t received the cancellation email I asked for. Watch out, this place feels shady.

It’s noisy here, and there’s no security. Cars are broken into in the garage. They said there was a pool, but it’s in disrepair and has apparently been unavailable for the past year. Stay away.
