The guy checking me in was so friendly that he made up for the bits of the hotel that could use some love. He got me to my room in no time. The room was roomy enough to work in, with a desk, a working fridge, and a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was much better than at hotels that cost a lot more, and plenty of shops and restaurants are within walking distance.

The room was very clean, and the staff were super friendly. Still, I left and finished my stay at another hotel down the street. This one is old and needs serious updating. A thin coat of paint doesn't make it refurbished, and the metal fixtures, including the shower rod and toilet paper holder, were rusty. The other hotel was only $10 more and had a suite, so staying here didn't really save money.

I've stayed here three times now. It's good for an overnight stop, with an updated, clean room and a comfortable bed. They have body wash and shampoo in the shower, though I don't use them and can't speak to the quality. The breakfast area is small, with cereal, bagels, toast, muffins, one waffle maker, hard-boiled eggs, and microwave sausage biscuit sandwiches. It's budget friendly, so I'll stay again.

I'd never visited this town before, and the hotel was easy to get to. Check-in was simple, the room was very nice, and the bed was super comfortable. Highly recommend, A+.

It looked kind of good online, but it was nasty, with cockroaches, and felt like the sort of motel where you might get robbed. It wasn't worth the money. I left early and slept in my truck at a rest stop. Some advice: just don't stay in cocoa. I grew up here, and I'd say no.
