There was a strange smell in the hallway near our room, but otherwise we had a wonderful stay. We came for a funeral and chose this Best Western at the last minute. Our room was spacious enough for the four of us, the beds were clean, and we had a beautiful view. Breakfast and the location were both great. The water pressure was also surprisingly good, better than at most hotels I've stayed in. We'd stay here again if we come back to Corpus.

We've stayed here several times and have never been disappointed. Anna and the other dining room staff were welcoming and attentive, and the breakfast has lots of excellent choices. Housekeeping is very helpful, too.

Parking costs here feel as bad as those resort fees in Vegas. Early check-in was waived for me as a BW Diamond member, and otherwise the hotel is a typical BW, nothing fancy but decent. The location is central for downtown, and the coast does give it a musty smell, though the hardwood floors seem to help. All the elevators worked, and, surprisingly, the ice machines on the even-numbered floors were running. I got a pizza from the restaurant downstairs, and it was pretty good. The lounge and breakfast area are nice features, and breakfast was actually good for a BW. The rooms leave a lot to be desired, though. The walls are thinner than paper. I heard the people next door having an adult experience all night and may have picked up a few new moves. Doors slammed, and the toilet was loud enough to be heard several floors down. Plotted. Scouts Out.

The staff were friendly, and breakfast was delicious. From our room, I could watch the sunrise over the shoreline. They also offered me free tickets to the local hockey team's home game that evening, and going was amazing. The room was very clean and had a great view.

The front desk service was kind, friendly, informative, and professional. Zeke was great. The rooms were clean, and this is a good location for all kinds of beach activities. Make sure to get up for breakfast, it was hot and fresh.
