The room was okay and the bedding was comfortable, but the bathroom was tiny. Water sprayed out behind the shower head, which clearly needs replacing. The tub was clogged, so I stood in water, and there was a dirt ring around it that I cleaned myself. There was rust in the tub and coffee stains on the bathroom door that hadn't been cleaned. My coworkers had no AC on the first night and had to sleep in hot rooms. The hotel knew we'd booked more than a month ahead, but wasn't ready for the number of guests. They'd been having AC problems since January and still hadn't gotten them under control. The location is beautiful, with a view of the water, but the balconies were sealed shut, so guests in rooms without AC couldn't get a breeze. If you do stay, I'd suggest an end room instead of the middle to avoid AC problems. Also, breakfast costs $14. We didn't realize that until we were already eating, so be aware that you have to pay to use the breakfast area.

Trash around the parking lot and common areas, plus homeless people inside the property, made us feel unsafe. Parking costs extra, and breakfast does too, even though it was poor quality and not worth the price. The rooms were extremely dirty and clearly hadn't been cleaned properly. This place feels neglected and badly managed, and it doesn't come close to the usual Holiday Inn standards. I wouldn't recommend it. Stay away.

Jayna at the bar is such a fun, friendly bartender, and her mixed drinks are delicious. She made us feel like regulars right away. The whole place has a great atmosphere, and the hotel is a great spot downtown. Zach, the GM, was also incredibly professional and accommodating. I'm in love with the bartender at the Holiday Inn! ✨🎁

The parking was way overpriced, and our truck wouldn't fit in the hotel lot, so we had to park across the street with no discount. The windows were dirty enough to make the beautiful water view hard to see. Our floor smelled like weed and toilet waste, and I found needles and burrs walking barefoot, so I kept my shoes on most of the time. The shower water was scalding hot, and I couldn't shower for days. I've stayed at better places that were much cleaner.
