The bed was very comfortable, but I found a cup of hair in it. The restaurant was good, except for the tub area, where the caulking needs replacing and there was a pool of water inside. Things were falling down, so you had to watch your step walking from the steps into the pool area. Some things seemed very separate.

The staff were friendly, and the rooms were very clean. I chose this place for its location, and it worked well, with a small beach nearby and lots of restaurants and activities close by. Breakfast tasted good, though there was plenty one day and very little the next. The bathroom was much too humid, and the towels were so small I needed more than one to dry off.

I found men's underwear, socks and a shirt in the dresser while unpacking my kids' clothes at 4 pm, and the bed was dirty too. I told the man with the curly mustache. He said they were fully booked, so I asked him to send someone to clean. When we got back around 9 pm, nothing had changed. No one had cleaned or changed the sheets, so I had to ask for everything and do it myself. They shouldn't just fix the blanket and call it okay. This was so upsetting. They need better management and staff.

The shower was filling up and almost overflowing until I pulled a huge ball of human hair out of the drain. Disgusting. The shower controls were piped backward too, starting hot and getting colder instead of starting cold and warming up. The first room smelled moldy; after half an hour I had a headache and asked to move. The second room smelled even worse and made us gag. The third still had an odor, but at 2 am it was bearable. The thermostat remote's battery had died, leaving the window unit in control. Setting it to 68 cleared some moisture and odor. This is one of the worst hotels we've ever stayed in, number two, actually. Bad news hotel.
