Hampton Inn Coventry - Warwick Area

We checked in through the app before arriving, went straight to our room, and used the app as our key. The location worked well, with easy highway access, and we had pizza delivered from nearby. We also watched our own shows using our Netflix account. The place was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly. The top floors are open now after updates, unlike what some older reviews say. Breakfast was decent, though the choices were limited.

I was in town for work and stayed two nights. Ariana and her staff were kind and attentive the whole time, and really showed what good hospitality looks like. The hotel has clean rooms and a pool, plus coffee, tea, and water for guests. There are lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance. I’d absolutely recommend this place and hope to find this kind of service on my next trip.

Meg went out of her way when my child left something behind. She found it, gave us ways to get it back, then shipped it and shared the tracking information. We’re really grateful for her great service. The rooms were clean, the pool and hot tub were working, and the gym was nice. I’d stay here again, which says a lot since I don’t usually leave reviews.

The place was clean, welcoming, and conveniently located, with helpful staff and no odd smells or unpleasant feel. My one gripe is the gluten-free breakfast choice. A gluten-free waffle mix cooks and stores the same way as regular waffle mix, and I’m sure I’m not the only guest left with just a banana and juice, just saying.
