The staff made an already lovely stay even better. Everyone was so warm and friendly, especially Tammie, who was there throughout our visit. Thanks for making us feel welcome, chatting with us, and cooking such delicious traditional breakfasts. The place itself was spotless, beautifully presented, and well maintained. That staircase and chandelier caught my eye as soon as we came in, and I knew I'd love it. I'm easy to please, but I've never left a stay feeling this satisfied. I couldn't find anything to fault. We're planning another trip to America for a coast-to-coast drive, and we'll definitely come back.

Tammie was the best hostess, and I'm already planning to return. The mansion is gorgeous, with every room having its own charm, and everything was very clean. This is hands down the most amazing place I've stayed!

The Twelve Oaks Bed & Breakfast is ideally placed, just a short walk from Covington's historic main square and its shops, restaurants, and attractions. My husband and I spent two honeymoon nights in Katherine’s Mirror Image room, and it was such a lovely experience. The room felt elegant and comfortable, with a romantic atmosphere. The property is stunning, with each uniquely themed room carefully maintained and full of timeless charm. Staff were warm, attentive, and welcoming, and breakfast each morning was thoughtfully made and delicious. We couldn't have asked for a better stay, and hope to return. The Twelve Oaks is a real gem and one we'll remember.

Melissa, our Innskeeper, made the long weekend the best experience we could have hoped for. We stayed with friends in the Salvatore Suite for "Mystic Fallweus", and it was beautifully decorated, like being inside the actual Salvatore house!!! The house is looking so lovely for Christmas right now, and the suite was cozy. Breakfasts were amazing, and all our needs were met and then some. We can't wait to tell everyone about it, and maybe we'll make the trip back down one day.

My wife and I attended Emory at Oxford, GA, so staying at Twelve Oaks made it easy to visit our old campus. The room was great, the staff were wonderful, and the food was good. We had a great experience and hope to come back on a future trip!
