Ashley at the front desk was warm and kind, and made our overnight stay easy, including accommodating my service dog. It was quiet through the night and a real bargain. We often come down to visit family, so we'll definitely stay here again.

I ended up spending the night in my vehicle in subzero weather after the hotel wouldn't give me a room. Something about the whole situation felt shady, especially the card transaction, and I wouldn't take the chance. On December 30, 2025, my vehicle broke down on the roadside, so I needed a room. When I called, I told the representative I had a cat and a dog and was quoted $25 per pet. At the hotel, staff saw the reservation and said they don't accept cats, after my card had already been processed. She said she'd refund the charge, but I never saw either a charge or refund on my card statement. I don't know what happened, but it made me wonder if there was fraud. It was late, my car was on a tow truck, and I was told finding somewhere else in Craig would be very unlikely because there aren't many options. The staff member processed a full refund despite the reservation confirmation, leaving me in the parking lot overnight in freezing weather. The charges never appeared or reversed, and something still doesn't seem right.

The place was filthy and poorly kept, the bed only so-so for comfort, and it was very loud. After we complained, staff tried to quiet the parties on the second night of my three-night stay. On the third night, nobody made an effort to quiet the loud party.

I've never had a worse experience. Jessica, who may also use the name Jessie, at the front desk was hostile and rude. She slammed the cards onto the counter, and they failed three times. I had to walk back and forth to the office three times, then call the desk again after swapping cards and wait even longer for her to bring replacements. Her attitude and lack of customer service were disgusting. It felt like she went out of her way to make things as bad as possible. I can't say enough about how dissatisfied I am.
