The views down to the town were remarkable, and the complex sits right on a ski run above the main base of Crested Butte Mtn. Some condos are closer to the slopes than others, though even the farthest is only about a 50yd walk across a parking lot. The buildings are old, probably from the mid to early '70's, and the units are somewhat small. Our unit (#1202) was clearly cared for by its owners, but could use modernization. Getting into town is the main drawback. A shuttle comes once an hour to the transportation hub at the resort base, where you transfer to a bus that runs every 15min into CB. Miss the timing, such as after dinner in town, and you might wait nearly an hour at the hub for the ride back. During quieter weeks Uber may not be available, or may only show up occasionally. Keep that in mind when deciding.
