The hotel still smelled of fresh paint, which showed how new it was, and there were restaurants and convenient food options in the new area right off the highway. But the HVAC in my room didn't work at all. The shower also needs a full door. Water from the faucet and splashing got out no matter what, and I think that could eventually lead to mold issues.

I had a serious problem after leaving my computer behind, and Leilanni and Cheyenne were a huge help. Their kindness, professionalism, and service were exceptional. The whole place was so clean, and the staff were accommodating. From the smile and welcoming atmosphere when I arrived, the vibe was good. I'd highly recommend staying here, and hope guests keep it as clean as the staff do so this good thing lasts.

There were lots of people here on business trips, and parking filled up, so we ended up doing a lot of back parking. The gym was average and really crowded after 5 on weekdays. The place is new, and it might not show up on maps yet. Our room was spacious and clean, with lots of lights and electrical outlets.

The manager really showed what good service looks like. On the first night, I somehow got locked out because the little burglar bar bracket, like an old-fashioned door chain, opened just enough to trap me outside. Luckily I was dressed. I went downstairs, and the manager got up and came with me to open the door instead of passing it off to maintenance. She was courteous and helpful, like the rest of the staff. The hotel is on the newer side, which is already a plus. My stay was perfect apart from wishing there were a hot tub. I highly recommend it and will choose it again whenever I come back to Crown Point or somewhere nearby.
