We were expecting a jacuzzi in the King suite, so when we got to our room and saw there wasn't one, we wondered if we'd been assigned the wrong room. We mentioned it to the desk, and Joshua offered us the jacuzzi suite for all three nights at no extra cost. We really appreciated how kind he was, and the whole staff was great.

The staff made this stay for me. I have trouble walking because of my disabilities, and one of them brought my car around and loaded my bag for me. Everyone was friendly, noticed when I needed help, and offered it. I was grateful throughout the weekend of February 20-23. My accessible room had a walk-in shower and shower chair. It was spacious, clean, and easy to get around in, with a very comfortable bed and a roomy bathroom. A couple of floorboards were loose, though the hotel is being remodeled. Dish TV had a mode for streaming other apps. Housekeeping doesn't come daily unless you ask, but the staff are around if you need anything. Breakfast had plenty to choose from: eggs, sausage, bacon, French toast, hash browns, ham, potatoes, waffles, cereal, oatmeal, bagels, muffins, toast, and English muffins, plus coffee, tea, milk, and three juices. The pool is small, with a 24-person limit, but it's nice for a soak. The lobby is pleasant, has a computer and printer for guests, and offers coffee, tea, and water all day. I had no problems and would happily come back. Thanks to the staff for the breakfast and for helping me so much.

Our dog had an easy time going out for potty breaks since we were given a first-floor room right by the entrance. The room was clean and comfortable, and it was a lovely place to spend time with our dog. We called that same day to book, and the staff were very kind and explained everything clearly. We'd checked ahead and knew the hotel welcomed pets. We'll come back, and pup parents, remember to clean up after your dogs 🐶

There are lots of shops, restaurants, and charming towns nearby. Inside, the rooms were clean, the beds comfortable, and the service good. Breakfast was tasty and had plenty of choices, with coffee and water available all the time. The pool area was clean too. I'd stay here again.

I left feeling disappointed and unwelcome. Jackie wasn't friendly or helpful, and the service was poor. I expected better treatment and wouldn't recommend this hotel.
