The spot worked well for us: it's quiet and right off the expressway, restaurants are within walking distance, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean, the mattress was great, and the price was good. Breakfast items were good too, though the hot food ran out and they only had one yogurt. When I asked if they were replenishing it, they brought more fruit and waffle spray. The coffee and cereal were acceptable for us. The shower shampoo container was empty, the hair dryer didn't work, and there was no Kleenex.

The one person who took the bed bug report seriously was Kellie, the night front desk worker. She was kind and understanding, and did everything she could to help. The owners and management, though, acted like they didn't care at all. No apology, no concern, and no sign they wanted to fix the issue or help guests. My room had bed bugs, and I have pictures and videos to prove it. Paying guests deserve better, and Kellie does too. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.

Our king room was roomy, very clean, and had an especially comfortable bed. The shower had plenty of space, and it was easy to plug in our phone chargers because there were outlets on both bedside lamps. We enjoyed our weekend here, loved being there, and thought the complimentary breakfast was good. Check-in on Thursday night was easy, and the guy at the front desk was very welcoming. They're dog friendly, and my little service dog enjoyed her stay too. I'd highly recommend this hotel.

We were towing a boat, and the hotel's well-lit parking lot made us feel safe. The rooms are used but well maintained, and the property was clean. It's a great value and close to all kinds of restaurants. Thanks.
