InTown Suites Extended Stay - Atlanta Cumming

We like staying at Inn Town Suites. The rooms have been updated nicely, the staff are always friendly and attentive, and most of the guests we’ve gotten to know are great to spend time with. Regular police patrols help us feel safe.

Amos, the manager, is consistently professional, polite, and quick to take care of what you need. The property is immaculate and well maintained, and the maintenance gentleman is friendly and helpful. This is the best extended-stay hotel you could ask for. The staff and local law enforcement keep residents safe, and that feels great. They don’t tolerate nonsense, criminal activity, drugs, or riffraff. No dumb stuff is allowed here. Thanks for being such a great team. You’re very much appreciated.

I travel for work, and this is one of the worst motels I’ve stayed in. It wasn’t close to being worth the price. Nobody ever came to fix our room: the shower was clogged, water came up to my shins, and black stuff even came out of the drain. The room also smelled like cigarettes as soon as we arrived. The “lifers” were inconsiderate and rude, too. If you need a place to stop, spend a little more and choose one of the several nicer hotels nearby.

I spent five months at this Intown Suites, and it’s one of the best extended-stay suites I’ve used. Cleaning and pest control happen regularly, there are cameras throughout for security, and I never saw anyone loitering in the car park. Restaurants, stores, supermarkets, and sometimes my workplace were only minutes away, so I usually walked. If you need a guest house or extended-stay suite in Cumming GA, consider this one. I wholeheartedly recommend it.
