The little breakfast extras made this stay especially nice. I loved the jams with the waffles, and there was granola with extra almonds and pecans too. The room was clean, with lovely bedding, bright white towels, and nice lamps and furnishings. Having soap dispensers by the sink and on the bathroom wall was handy. We’ll definitely use this as our overnight stop when we pass through Dalhart.

The staff were a real highlight, especially Cash and his Supervisor. The breakfast was laid out very well, and our spacious room had a comfortable bed and clean carpet. They’d made sure we had what we needed in the room or close by. It’s an older hotel, but it’s been kept up nicely. We’d been warned about the train passing right by, but it didn’t bother us. We also didn’t smell the dairy farm or feed lots in our room, even though the odor can carry for miles at certain times of year.

We came back to this spot twice in ten days. It’s handy for our destination and for the trip home, and we remembered the room fondly. Best Western still knows how to deliver a quality stay after all these years. The name feels right when you’re traveling out west.

The breakfast room was clean, with plenty of food and a nice range of tasty options. Our room was clean too, and the bed was comfortable. The staff were friendly.

Parking was easy, and the room was roomy and clean. The staff welcomed us as soon as we came into the office, got the paperwork done quickly, and pointed me to a place to get a drink. Breakfast was hot and offered a good range of choices. We’d happily stay again.
