Comfort Inn Dallas Park Central

The rooms are clean, breakfast is hot and ready each morning, and checking in and out has always gone smoothly for me. Everyone is kind and makes sure you have what you need. If you ask for something, they'll get it without a problem. Mike and Jake are your guys at check-in. I really love this hotel and recommend it if you're traveling for vacation or just visiting from out of town.

The room was disgusting, with mold and a bad smell, and the breakfast was SAD. When I arrived to check in, the man at the desk stayed on his personal phone for well over five minutes before helping me. I was thankful to have a bed for the night, but there was no customer service or friendly face. I'll never come back here.

I’m here while my truck is being repaired, and as a truck driver I appreciate having a nice hotel and helpful staff. The room is comfortable and clean, and the staff have been great all around. There’s a good pool, workout area, and breakfast, plus coffee all day, which is a nice bonus. Definitely recommend it.

The pool and hot tub were enjoyable, though the automatic pool door had to be opened by hand. The place was clean enough overall, but I wouldn't book again. Our first room smelled strongly of mold, thankfully they moved us, and the showerhead was very rusty. Breakfast ended at 9 AM, so we never got there. There was a lot of loitering at the front entrance, and I’m pretty sure a homeless man followed me to my car to ask for money, but changed his mind quickly when I reached for my purse. My six-year-old asked if this was a one-star hotel. It gets the job done, just keep expectations low.
