The only good thing was how close it is to UT Southwestern Medical Center. The room was loud, with a huge gap under the door, and I couldn't shut the heavy curtains to block noise or light. The bed was so uncomfortable and sagged in the middle so much that I had to engage my core to avoid rolling into my husband. The heater cycled every few seconds and sounded like snow hitting the window. The room stank, like maybe it was a smoking room or someone had smoked and they tried to cover it up. There was no breakfast, and the elevator was broken. There was only a quarter roll and half a roll of toilet paper, with no extra, one washcloth for two people, an empty tissue box, and no body wash. We had to use shampoo on our bodies since there was only one soap at the sink. There was hair on the counter and outside the shower, dust on the towel shelves where clean towels should be, and the towel situation wasn't right. I can't fathom how this place got five-star reviews.

The photos online are really deceiving. The place looked decent in the pictures, but the room was filthy and smelled bad. I rented it for a couple of hours on May 3, 2026 while waiting for my flight out of DAL. Within minutes, I saw what looked like animal hair all over unwashed sheets, trash like empty bottles behind the bed, a filthy carpet, and a roach crawling down the wall. I took videos right away and reported everything to the front desk. They gave me a number for the manager, “Vee,” supposedly the GM, but I haven't been able to reach her. Nobody offered another room or a refund, and I can guarantee the rooms aren't properly cleaned. The rates are fair, so I didn't expect much, but clean sheets and a clean room should be the bare minimum. I know people want to save a few bucks, but this place isn't worth it even for a short stay if you care about cleanliness.

For the suite price I paid, I expected a much higher level of service. Staff often don't answer the phone, and I've asked for clean towels three times without getting any. Both elevators are broken and have reportedly been out of service for more than six months. The ice machine doesn't work either. I was charged $6 on my card for laundry, even though the posted rate is $2. The vending machines barely have anything, just Gatorade and water, and the breakfast is limited to waffles and boiled eggs.

We had a great stay here a year ago, so we booked the same hotel again, but management must have changed. This time the staff were horrible. We asked several times to have the room cleaned, but they never did. They never changed the trash and never had sheets. With potty-training kids, we asked for two days straight for clean linen or at least some we could change ourselves, and kept being told they had none. On our last night, we waited until midnight for housekeeping to come. Then the new person told me there were NO SHEETS. What hotel has no sheets? Disgusting. I don't recommend it at all.
