I loved my room at the Courtyard by Marriott Dallas Downtown/Reunion District. It was clean and comfortable, and the air conditioning gets seriously cold, which made the stay even more relaxing. The valet crew added a lot to the experience. Eze, Charleston, Steve, Matthew, and Chaz were friendly and thoughtful, and they had my car ready promptly each time. I enjoyed the small talk whenever I came or went, too. Their service really stood out. From arrival to departure, the whole stay exceeded my expectations. I’d definitely book again and recommend it for a vacation or staycation.

The valet team was excellent. They were quick, polite, courteous, and careful with our property. Chaz and Matt were fantastic. Check-in, though, took forever, and the front desk staff didn’t seem interested in basic courtesy. My daughter and son-in-law had paid for a room with breakfast, but he was told it covered just one person. They had a room for two, so why was breakfast only for one?

Parking was pricey, around $45 a night on average, so keep that in mind when planning. I know that’s common at many hotels. Apart from that, I had a pleasant, memorable stay. The room was in excellent shape, with modern amenities and a comfortable bed. Staff were friendly and attentive from check-in onward, and made sure my needs were taken care of. I’d recommend the hotel.

The property is in a good spot for our needs, next to event venues, and the common areas looked clean as we came in and went to our room. Parking is valet only. The room itself was a letdown. Several areas weren’t cleaned to the standard I’m used to at other Marriott properties. The HVAC wasn’t cooling, and it took a few calls to get that fixed. The mini fridge didn’t work, and the coffee pot hadn’t been cleaned. We also had to call the front desk to get daily cleaning and replenished supplies.

The rooms were really clean, and the bedding was amazing. Staff were great, check-in was easy, and checking out went smoothly. There’s also a mini gym, and the hotel is in a nice, quiet spot. Everything was great. If I’m back in Dallas, I’ll make sure to stay here again.
