We kept finding small roaches, and a little water leaked through the shower door. Otherwise, it was a good hotel. The rooms were nice, the beds comfortable, and we had a good view.

The fitness center was very clean, with four really nice treadmills and plenty of free weights. Our room was clean, the bed and pillows were comfortable, and being able to stream Netflix and other services on the TV was great. The staff were friendly, check-in was easy, and there were lots of carts for moving luggage. The shower was inconsistent, with water pressure and temperature that came and went. There was no microwave in the room, and free Wi-Fi wasn’t available unless you joined their club. Parking cost $11 for an open lot. Taking all of that into account, I’d give the hotel three stars.

We liked the pool and especially the fire pit on the patio. The rooms were roomy and cozy, and the location made it easy to get to different parts of the city. There’s a patrol car in the area overnight, which made it feel very safe. We’ll stay here again.

We chose this hotel because its website, and even the elevator walls, advertised the Bistro with breakfast, lunch, dinner, and craft cocktails. I was disappointed to find that it no longer offers those options, just a premade breakfast that’s warmed up. The woman working behind the counter was super nice, though. There’s no restaurant or small bar. If we’d known, we’d have stayed somewhere better and received the same services. I’m a loyal Marriott Bonvoy member, and this was one of our most disappointing Bonvoy stays. The hotel was relatively clean, except for small, strange black hairs on the bathroom ceiling, which was gross. One elevator was out of service, but thankfully there was another. Service was just okay. A few times I called the front desk and got no answer, then went down and found nobody there, so my questions went unanswered.
