We had breakfast at Ellies both mornings and really enjoyed the food and service. The concierges were friendly, and when Oz and Marissa learned it was our anniversary, they upgraded our room and sent fruit and drinks up. That made the trip feel even more special. We visit Dallas each January for our anniversary and try a different hotel every year while looking for the right one. Hall Arts Hotel was a little nicer than some very good places we've stayed. It's a beautiful, bright hotel, and we plan to come back.

I've stayed at this hotel for Dallas business for years, and every visit has been a great experience. This time Ava was kind and helpful, making both my stay and all the logistics feel seamless. Thanks, and I'm looking forward to coming back soon.

Marissa was wonderful before check-in and all through our stay. She even helped arrange an in-room couples massage. We had a spacious, very nice suite and a great breakfast at Ellie’s. The property is full of art, and the location worked out really well. We had an awesome 24 hours in Dallas and will stay here again.

We walked to a Stars game in about 25 minutes and felt safe and comfortable the whole way. The gym was another highlight: it's a shared residential fitness center, so the cardio machines and other equipment were much better than a standard hotel setup. Ava was already wonderful before we checked in, and every staff member we met provided top-tier service. We also enjoyed the on-site restaurant and its room service, everything we ordered was delicious. The hotel made our celebration special, and we'd happily recommend it and stay again.

We were there for a birthday, and Frank and Marissa made us feel welcome and celebrated. Their personal attention, professionalism, and hospitality made the stay smooth and memorable. The ambiance, accommodations, and service at Hall Arts Hotel Dallas were exceptional from the moment we arrived. It felt like a true five-star experience. We'll absolutely return.
