Hampton Inn & Suites Dallas Market Center

The creek behind the hotel could use some cleanup. There’s an old tire and brush in it, and a little care would make the view more inviting. Inside, though, our room was spacious, clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged, with plenty of room to settle in after a long day in Dallas. Breakfast had a generous, varied selection and was fresh and well stocked. The shower was another highlight, with such strong water pressure it felt worth the price of admission on its own. We had a very good stay at Hampton Inn & Suites Dallas Market Center, with comfortable rooms and solid amenities. I’d recommend it.

Pegasus Park is right next door, and I could see it from my room. The place felt secure, with key access to the building and three locks on the room doors, and the front desk and security staff were friendly and helpful. My room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Rooms on the opposite side may get traffic noise, but they provide complimentary earplugs. I’d stay again.

A quiet hotel with welcoming staff and a handy spot near Love Field. I stayed just one night, and the hot breakfast was a nice extra. They had a good range of tea, including Splenda, which I appreciated. A solid option when flying into or out of Dallas Love Field.

After an ice storm, we arrived to find no room to unload under the portico and ice still covering the walkways. We had to park and carry our bags up an icy slope. We thought the cars blocking the way belonged to people checking in who would move shortly, but no one was checking in. I asked the clerk whether the cars would move or if we’d have to risk backing down the icy slope to reach the lot. He said they belonged to guests who had taken things to their rooms and he couldn’t know when they’d move. That wasn’t true: the cars were still there the next morning, and cleaning staff were unloading things from one of them. It felt like staff cared more about parking convenience than guest safety.
