There were four of us, each staying in our own room, and we all agreed the service was excellent. Charity at the front desk made a real difference to our stay. Whenever we needed extra towels or anything else to be more comfortable, she responded quickly and with a positive attitude. She was helpful, professional, and welcoming from the moment we arrived. My company and I will definitely return. Thank you for the wonderful stay and for the kind of customer service guests should receive.

The hotel was clean and quiet, and breakfast was ready on time each morning and fresh. My four days here were great, and I'd consider staying here whenever I come to Dallas. I'd recommend it to others too. I rate the stay 8.5/10. Chairty's support was superb from start to finish. There was a snag with my booking at first, but she patiently worked through it and was glad to help. She kept the other staff informed about what we needed so everyone was on the same page. She deserves a lot of credit for this five-star review, and so does the rest of the team.

I tried to leave right away, but the hotel refused to refund my money. After reading other reviews saying incidental holds weren't returned, I'm also worried about whether mine will be released. Keep an eye on your deposit. According to those reviews, people say it's kept even when everything was left in proper condition. That's stealing. The room was in awful shape: the TV didn't work, there was no clock or place to charge a phone, pictures were missing from the walls, the furniture was mismatched, and barely any water came from the sink. The photos online gave a completely false impression of what the property was actually like. The experience felt unsafe from the start. As we pulled into the parking lot, people ran up to our car asking for money and help. Street walkers and drug users were openly around the property. I've never seen that at a Wyndham-branded hotel. This La Quinta by Wyndham was a disgrace to the brand. It shouldn't be marketed under the Wyndham name. It's unsafe, poorly maintained, and misrepresented. I'd never stay again and strongly warn others away.

Marino at the front desk went out of his way to help me fix a problem with my laptop and the wifi. He could have said it wasn't their problem, but instead he showed real kindness and a higher standard of service. This is the best La Quinta I've stayed at, and I'll choose it again next time I'm in town.

My room is very nice and clean, and so far the stay has been awesome. Marino at the front desk was friendly, quick, and focused on helping customers. He answered all my questions at check-in. I'll definitely be back.
