I've lived here for four years and it's been a great experience. The rooms are spacious and the prices are reasonable. The staff are welcoming, the tenants are quiet and friendly, and maintenance has taken care of problems almost immediately. I'd definitely recommend the place to anyone looking for somewhere to stay.

My husband Magnus and I have been living here since June, and we're enjoying our stay while we get back on our feet. The weekly rent is affordable, and the rooms are large. I really like dealing with the ladies in the front office. I've met the new manager too, and he's really nice.

I was meant to stay a full month but left after the first week. My car was broken into, and the manager said there was nothing they could do. They wouldn't show me the video, saying it had been erased, and then tried to charge late fees because I wanted to check out early. Other guests made loud noises all night. The place was filthy and infested with bugs and roaches, and staff kept offering one bit of nonsense after another. While I was at work, staff entered my room at least four times in one week without leaving a note or telling me. At the front desk they said it was only once for routine maintenance. When I asked about notice, they got defensive and said notice had been given, but couldn't say how or to whom. Check the rates carefully for bogus fees they add without explanation. Stay away from this nasty, filthy place. I left and am happy with my room at another nearby hotel. It's the same rate, with better and cleaner rooms.
