The private garden and patio were so peaceful, even though the B&B is right by a busy part of Dallas. The whole stay was awesome, with a lovely place, a comfortable bed, and a great location. If wine and tapas are your thing, there's a spot literally about 10 feet next door. Breakfast was the best part. Kay is happy to handle a special request, though I'd let her surprise you. I'm sure you'll enjoy it. If you'd rather choose, get the French toast with bananas and syrup, plus sausage on the side. Best French toast I've ever had, and I eat a lot of it. Can't wait to do it again.

The hosts were delightful, and the breakfast was delicious. Everything in the accommodations was cared for down to the finest detail. I had a wonderful stay, recommend the place, and would stay again.

The guesthouse was such a welcoming, beautiful, private space. I had a wonderful stay and can't wait to return with my husband. Thanks, Kay, for making it such a great experience!

A lovely place and a pleasant stay. It's sad that it's closed and we can't come back.
