After skiing about 20 minutes away, we stayed here for a night and had a really good experience. The room had two beds and a pull-out couch, more space than we needed, so we just used the couch to relax. We also tried the 24-hour gym, which was a nice bonus. The staff were helpful and friendly, and they arranged a late checkout for us the next morning. Breakfast was free and hot, with coffee, eggs and drinks. Simple, but just what we needed. We'd definitely come back if we ski nearby again.

Quiet and comfortable, and I enjoyed the two nights I stayed here. Nice hotel, and I'd stay again if I'm back in the area. I never got to breakfast, so I can't comment on it, though I don't think free breakfasts should be mentioned in reviews anyway. I'd give it 4.5 stars.

The staff were pleasant and helpful. I believe it was Lendita looking after the dining area, and she was especially helpful. I was a little disappointed that they didn't serve meat every day at breakfast, and there wasn't a pancake or waffle maker on the days we were there. The bathroom wasn't as clean as I expected, and the light switch arrangement was a bit awkward.

The rooms were spacious and very clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. You could tell they cared, which is rare these days. I arrived two minutes after breakfast ended, and the woman reopened the breakfast center just for me. We really appreciated that hospitality. We were in town for a wedding reception in Lake Carmel NY, only 15 minutes from the hotel. It's also 30 minutes from White Plains airport and an hour from NYC, with lots of local eateries and shopping less than a 10-minute drive away. The fitness center was a little cramped, and there was only one elevator, but those are small downsides among the many positives. I'd definitely return if we're in the area. Stellar stay!

The breakfast had plenty of hot, fresh food and coffee, and a very pleasant staff member kept everything stocked. The rooms and shared areas were spotless and comfortable, and the staff were friendly. This place is clearly well managed, with people who care about their work.
