We needed a good place to stop, and this worked well. The price was reasonable for the area and worth it. The hotel felt safe and quiet, and everyone I met was friendly. The rooms were very clean and well kept. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty, so hats off to the staff. If you have time, get breakfast; you won't regret it.
The room was comfortable, breakfast was good, and the staff were nice. But the Wi-Fi isn't really free unless you join the member program or sit through ads. You also have to pay extra for anything faster than an extremely slow connection. Free Wi-Fi used to come with places like this, and the setup feels pretty gross. I know this isn't the location's fault, but I'm taking two stars off because Quality Inn is moving ahead with scummy business practices.
Check-in was quick and easy, and the staff were helpful and friendly. Our room was quiet, comfortable, and clean, with a newly renovated bathroom that made a real difference. Breakfast was a nice extra, and the location worked well for the highway and nearby attractions. I'd definitely stay here again.
My husband and I booked this at the last minute, and I was a little unsure because of the ratings. Once we checked in and saw the room, I was glad we came. It was very clean, the bed was super comfortable, the pillows were 10/10, and it was pretty quiet. We got a lot for our money. Gatlinburg is a little less than an hour away. I hadn't tried breakfast yet when I first wrote this, but it was delicious. 10/10 hotel, we'll be back!
The staff and service were great, and the room was very clean. The toilet was really short, though, and the 32-inch TV felt small despite having lots of channels. The shower had great pressure and hot water. Breakfast was hot and fresh, although the biscuits could be better. A very good stay overall.
