Stay Inn Boutique Hotel felt like a home away from home because of Edwin and the elderly gentleman who looks after the property. Edwin, the manager, welcomed me warmly and treated guests with real respect. He paid attention to what people needed, went out of his way to help, and was professional. Whether offering local recommendations or sorting out a problem, he made sure guests felt comfortable. The elderly man who maintains the property also made a lasting impression. He kept things clean and working, noticed the details, and was always ready with a smile or helping hand. His caring nature added a lot of warmth. Between their kindness, small gestures, and friendly conversations in the lobby, the place had a genuine sense of community and felt comfortable and familiar.

Our first room smelled of smoke, but the staff apologized and quickly moved us to another one. They said the previous guest had smoked against the rules. The rooms were a bit dated and seemed to have been remodeled cheaply, but they were adequate. The bed was comfortable and clean, and for around $50, it did the job for a night.

I was there for one night before a cruise and got a clean, simple room, newly renovated, at a great price. The showers were especially good, with several showerheads and lots of space. Dave, the owner, was really helpful and cool to talk with. He seemed well travelled and knew a lot, and we had a very enjoyable conversation. The surrounding places I walked past seemed kind of dumpy, so I feel confident this was the best option in the area. Highly recommend.

The staff were extremely friendly, and the room was just right for our vacation. It wasn’t fancy, but we didn’t plan to spend much time in it, and the price suited us. The only annoying thing was that the fridge had been unplugged, so it took several hours to cool enough for our food. Still, having a fridge-freezer combo was really handy since I could freeze some things.
