There was room for all six adults and two kids, and we never felt crowded. We also liked the easy beach access, beautiful views, pool, and kitchen pantry. The rental agency responded quickly whenever we needed something, including sending a handyman to fix part of the rotted deck on the day we arrived. The place has newer floors and some other recent cosmetic updates, but it still doesn’t feel well cared for. The floors are soft in a lot of spots, and it needs a proper deep clean. There were dried food chunks on the furniture and cabinets, and the floors hadn’t been swept or vacuumed. The agency offered to send cleaners back, but a quick return clean wouldn’t be enough.

I’d give it zero stars if I could. There’s a huge amount of work needed here: the deck, pool area, and railings are rotten, the outside lights are rusty and don’t work, and wires are hanging everywhere. The wood is broken, as are the sliding door and dishwasher, and the shower is moldy. It needs cleaning too. Four people are supposed to sleep in one room. Wouldn’t recommend. Stayed June 4-11, 2022.

The house is clean, and the beach is in a great spot. We’re loving our stay, and that little heated pool is a nice extra.
