Management seems unable to run this place effectively. The new gate system is awful and unnecessary. It ran better for years with the barriers up, and it’s simply not a nice place now. Renters and vendors especially should avoid it.

We spent a lot of money, so it was disappointing to find the pool dirty and the hot tub barely warm, nowhere near hot. The dock was locked, so we couldn’t get to it.

The clubhouse and pool were okay, nothing special, and the place felt very deserted. T-Mobile data was atrocious, and the home’s Wi-Fi was just as bad.

A handy Airbnb spot, about 20 minutes from Disney. There’s a big pool and fitness area, and most of the houses have their own pools too.

The rental at 401 Miro Drive had broken beds and refrigerator drawers, and the pool security net was in tatters. What was advertised as a games room was just a dirty storage garage. There’s nothing endearing about this villa. Avoid it at all costs.
