We used the grill every day, and it was easy to use with propane supplied. The place also had two dishwashers, two refrigerators, and TVs in all but three rooms. There was our own pool, a hot tub, and a free game room too. It's a nice gated neighborhood. The community pool costs $35 for a family of up to 12, with the price going up a bit for larger groups. They're pet-friendly and had paper towels, toilet paper, body cleanser, shampoo, and conditioner stocked. 10 out of 10, totally recommend.
