Devon was great to work with, and the house itself was lovely. There was plenty of space for our group of eight, and we spent many afternoons in the pool and home theater after the parks. Disney and Universal were a fairly close drive, and the ride back gave us time to cool off and rest. The neighborhood had some people breaking quiet hours, and the information we got about the amenity center, check-in, and check-out seemed outdated or contradictory. Still, we had a great time in the house.

The villa was beautiful and in a lovely resort, and Devon was fantastic as the owner. He stayed in touch by message and made sure we had what we needed, so the stay went smoothly. We booked for our May 2026 trip and had no hesitation about booking again.

We had a spotless, comfortable home that was beautifully decorated, and the theatre room was a big hit with the kids. Devon was lovely to deal with, quick and clear from the start, and genuinely friendly. The Disney Dream Villa was just right for our vacation with friends. Highly recommend it for a Disney/Orlando trip.

Devon was so helpful and accommodating, and we really enjoyed the beautiful home. The Disney Dream Villa made our first trip to Florida amazing. We’d love to book this house again next time.

There are so many villas to compare in central Florida that reading all those reviews can take ages. Devon’s communication and professionalism make this one an easy choice. The kitchen was well equipped, and the coffee pods he left were a nice touch for our first morning. We’ve stayed in places with less effective pool heaters, but this one worked really well, so the Spa actually got nice and toasty. I’d book it to save yourself the search.
