The upstairs was extremely hot, and there weren't enough fans to try to cool all the rooms. The baby crib was dirty, and the air hockey table in the game room was broken. I also found ripped furniture with missing buttons, black mold, and no complimentary coffee or tea. When we were leaving a few minutes before checkout, someone was waiting for us. Having a person sitting in their car and staring at us while we packed the car made us very uncomfortable.
