My Place Hotel - Davenport/Quad Cities IA

Really good value, with clean rooms and friendly staff. We also appreciated having laundry on site.

We booked through Expedia, then found out several days into our trip that the hotel hadn’t received the payment from them. The hotel worked with us and helped sort it out easily, which we appreciated. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a full refrigerator and freezer, an ice maker, microwave, and small stovetop. The bathroom was spacious too. Everything was impeccably maintained, and the housekeeping and hospitality staff were excellent. There was plenty of free parking, guest laundry, and a great location for getting to the interstate, nearby restaurants and nightlife, or Davenport’s Historic District downtown.

I was happy with my stay, especially the great service from Courtney. The room surprised me with a full-size fridge and a stove. It’s right off the expressway and next to some great food and drink options. 5/5, I’d stay again.

I felt safe walking our doggie Charlie around the well-lit property. The staff were professional, down to earth, and incredibly nice. The pricing was very reasonable, and the location was great. The hotel was clean and super nice, with everything we needed. The beds were super comfortable, with lots of pillows. The bathroom had a safe setup and amenities in the shower. There was also a full-size fridge, stove, and sink. It’s pet friendly too.
