For a baseball tournament weekend, this place worked for what we needed. The hotel is dated, but our room was clean and the bed was surprisingly comfortable after a long day at the ballpark. They had ice packs available on request, which saved us from constantly using the ice machine for coolers and injury packs. There’s also a pool table and a small pool, enough to keep the kids entertained between games. The tournament room block rates seemed to jump a lot, which was disappointing for families already paying for an expensive weekend. A few guests were having trouble with their key cards, and I was concerned that the exterior doors didn’t seem to be locked or require key-card access, so anyone could walk into the building. We didn’t have any problems ourselves. It’s not a luxury hotel, but it was clean, comfortable, and suited our needs. Updates and more attention to security could make it a much better stay.

We rolled in around midnight during our cross-country move, exhausted and needing a place to sleep. Siri was incredibly kind and efficient, getting us checked in quickly and making the whole thing easy after a long day on the road. She even offered dinner suggestions in case we hadn’t eaten, a thoughtful gesture that meant a lot so late at night. The hotel was comfortable and gave us exactly what we needed for a good night's rest before getting back on the road the next morning. We’re grateful for the warm welcome and would absolutely stay again.

The breakfast was good, and they even had bagged ice for our coolers. The rooms were clean and had everything we needed. The staff were excellent, friendly, and welcoming. This is one of the best motels we’ve stayed in. We’ll definitely come back, and we’ve already recommended it to other travelers we know will be passing through.

Our whirlpool room, number 301, only had hot water for about three minutes, then it went cold and we couldn’t use the tub. At checkout, we asked to pay the king-room rate instead since the whirlpool didn't work. The desk clerk called the manager, who said she couldn't compensate us because we hadn't complained right away at 11 pm. I don't recommend this hotel. The floors were dirty and stained, and the place is old and run down. Stay somewhere with cleaner rooms and working amenities.

We had two rooms, a two-queen suite and a regular two-queen room, for four adults, two kids aged 14 and 12, and one larger dog. The suite had plenty of space, the beds were comfortable, and each room had a small fridge. The bathrooms weren't large but had enough room for us. Breakfast was good, with hot items, fruit, yogurt, assorted bread, three cereals, and juice, water, or milk. There’s a pool and fitness center, though we didn't use them. The front desk staff were extra friendly and helpful. One ice bucket did have a little mold on its lid.
